Yes, Baltimore 4 Wheelers has a volunteer program that allows members to get involved in organizing and planning events. You can contact us for more information.

Baltimore 4 Wheelers, Inc. is a IRC 501(c)(7) "organized for pleasure, recreation, and other nonprofitable purposes." Generally, social clubs are membership organizations primarily supported by dues, fees, charges or other funds paid by their members. 

Baltimore 4 Wheelers has a member group that is highly engaged and dedicated to promoting
responsible off-highway driving. Our members are family-oriented, multi-car households that enjoy the outdoors, work on their own rigs, appreciate good craftsmanship and are involved in their community. Sponsoring B4W creates an opportunity for increasing your brand awareness, showcasing your products and services, and connecting with current 4x4 owners on a one-on-one level.  

We are a small organization that relies on donations and membership dues of its members. The best way to support is either with your time, product or monetary donation. For all sponsors, we will make every effort to document members engaging with your brand including photos of products/logos/marketing materials, any member testimonials or feedback about your brand,

attendance and impressions estimates. Reach out to b4wclub@balimore4wheelers.com to talk more. 

Once your application for membership is approved, we'll grant you access to our Events Page on Facebook that will have the full list of events and details. The meeting schedule and major trips as well as public events will be listed on www.baltimore4wheelers.com and you can also follow us on social media for more info. 

You can post on B4W's main Facebook page about your trip. B4W reserves the right to delete any post on its social media if it doesn't adhere to our group rules.  

Club meetings are held the second Thursday of every month at 7pm. Every meeting will be available to attend virtually via Google Meet. A link for the virtual meeting will be sent out to members when they join. Every third meeting is also held in-person and details of the location will be posted in the B4W Events page on Facebook. 

All club communication will also go out via email. Just note that you don't have access to Facebook when you submit your membership application. 

B4W is a registered IRC 501(c)(7) in the State of Maryland which allows us to function as an organization. Some of your dues are used to pay taxes to the state. Additionally, dues are used for events that are available to members only, operating costs such as website and media costs, and our contribution to Treadlightly and MD OHV Alliance, etc. As required by the state, we are a non-profit organization, so all dues and proceeds go towards operating and maintaining the club.
